How ordering works
Add products to your cart and tap "Place order on WhatsApp". Your order, with an order ID, opens as a WhatsApp message to us. We confirm availability, the final total including delivery, and payment (UPI or cash on delivery) in that chat. Your order is confirmed once we reply.
Shipping
- We deliver across India.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your location.
- Delivery charges, if any, are shared when we confirm your order on WhatsApp.
- Bulk and corporate orders get a delivery timeline with the quote.
Returns and refunds
Our products are food, so we can't take back opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with something missing, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace the item or refund you.
Privacy
We collect your name, phone number, delivery address and (if you give it) email address only to process and deliver your order and to reply to enquiries. We don't sell or share your details with anyone except our delivery partners. We also count website visits and which products are viewed, without identifying you, to improve the shop. To have your details removed, message us on WhatsApp or email us.
